Why is a custom cabinet better than a semi-custom cabinet?
Prefabricated cabinets offer standard sizes and limited options. Semi-custom cabinets allow minor adjustments. Custom cabinets are fully tailored, offering unique designs that reflect your personal style.
How long does it take to build my custom cabinets?
Timelines vary based on project size and complexity. After a final measurement appointment and design approval, production typically takes 4–6 weeks. We’ll keep you informed throughout the entire process.
What kind of material do you use to build my cabinets?
We primarily use Maple, but clients can choose from a variety of woods including White Oak, Red Oak, Walnut, and Hickory. Material samples are available in our showroom, or we can source specific requests.
Will my custom cabinets resources have soft-close drawers and doors?
Yes, our soft-close system ensures smooth, silent operation by preventing slamming and gently closing doors even with minimal force—enhancing safety, durability, and ease of use
Do your custom cabinets services coming with warranty?
JHR Custom Cabinets warrants its cabinetry to be free from unnatural defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of two years, in accordance with our quality standards. This warranty is non-transferable. Cabinet hardware is covered by a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty for added peace of mind.
